Closing line value which book is best

in most sports I bet, majors like NFL, MLB I use pinnacle exclusively for a implied probability, can you folks please tell me what is the best line to use for tennis since they seem to be very different with odds on tennis, I mean some books got a guy at -120 and another at +120 its crazy how far apart it all is.

any advice would be greatly appreciated

I thought +150 was a good bet but how would you know with lines like this, never seen this in any other sport, its pretty amazing, anyway thanks for any ideas folks!
