I met him at a Chipotle in Nashville today. He is a funny guy. I walked up to him and ask him if he is who I thought he was. He kept stringing me along with a grin on his face saying that he was an engineering student at Vanderbilt. I even joked and said "are you sure you don't play tennis?". Eventually when he finally had me convinced I was like "well you look EXACTLY like this top American tennis player, I was starstruck at first, sorry!". Then he said ... "just kidding it's me". I think he expected at that point for me to ask for a selfie or something, but I wasn't thinking straight and said "oh thats awesome i'm a huge tennis fan. nice talk to you" and he said you too and I walked away. He was a really cool guy and definitely has a sense of humor. He was with someone else I recognized (another player), but I can't put on my finger on who it was. Nobody else in the place (mostly college students from Vanderbilt) had any clue who they were. Tennis players don't quite stand out like football/basketball players do. I def became a bigger sock fan today.
