I just missed the actual incident, but seems to me the fan had its front cover removed and either she tried to move it or it moved onto her, and as soon as she touched it, lots of blood and tears was spilt. She has retired injured. Anyone have footage?
Where's the OH&S with WTA sanctioned event? Fan covers are there for a purpose not for cosmetic design. Only in China smh.
