I wasn't aware of the injury. My money was on Elena, and I saw her 'almost' twist her ankle end of 2nd set, wasn't sure she is going to make it to the end. I only saw video of Halep's injury after the game was over. It all makes perfect sense, I feel sorry for the woman but not for Elena beating her.
