Capped by my Davis/Sevastova Over 21.5 games getting busted by one game.

How can you (Sevastova) be ranked #23 in the entire world and have your serve broken 9 times in 11 games?

Can someone help me with this tennis betting thing? If a line is -1.5 how do you win or lose that bet? Because I thought I won a bet and it showed up as a loss. I thought it was for number of games but perhaps it was for sets?
