court siding isnt dead?

I thought court siding is dead?
Can anyone explain how they get edge?
I assume they get 2-3 second edge when someone enters results. But bookies have usually 10 second dead zone to accept your bets. How about betfair?
And courdtsiding isnt scamming(it wasnt years ago) its just broken terms of conditions...i think?

Very good question, indeed I can't see how it would be possible with Betfair, the 8 sec delay is too much now, and even bookmakers like Marathon are not dumb anymore like they used to be back in 2012-2013.
