Many I talk to know how profitable it is to look for arbitrage in the live tennis market.

Auckland WTA is on a rain delay right now, affecting Williams/Lewis and Flipkens/Konjuh.


Flipkens/Konjuh is currently 17 games deeps with Konjuh taking the first set 6-4 and Flipkens on top in the second set, 5-2.

Current live line is Konjuh -130 and over 28.5 +116. Over 28.5 +116 represents an extremely good value here. This assumes Flipkens closes out 6-2 or better and there is a relative declining needed score of 6-4 on the 3rd set. +116 on juice. Gotta love it.

Konjuh is serving, so its assuming 6-3. Those are typical odds, its assuming Flip will get broken 3rd set and lose as she typically does in 3 setters especially to a better player. Rain delay makes it a little more murky though.

Definitely agree, although I have the typical odds at 27.5 rather than 28.5. I don't have tennis modeled like football though so that is just my experience. Even after all the years, I don't know how to edge the rain humidity if you have any input.

I only hit it for $105 total, for a little over 2x my unit size. Some arbitrage bets in tennis I dig a lot deeper.
