If Keys lose set 1 don't really see a comeback, Keys would most likely have to

Halep is obviously affected by the injury, especially the back hand, but Cibu still cannot extend the lead in 2nd set, break back again and again...Cibu 1 break up now leading 4-3 in 2nd set
If Cibu wins in straight sets, she will advance to semi-final if Kerber wins in straight
