All in all, this is a pretty nice idea. I was looking for a tennis DB last year, but I gave up, could not find anything even remotely close to DBs for e.g. NBA. I'd be surprised though if there no some DBs available privately, I mean matchstat has most of the needed data, but it is not searchable in e.g. sdql format. One advice though - excel is not really a great tool to build a big DB.Comment -
yes, its win-loss-push and over-under-push when referencing totals, and yes you are correct frugal, the database itself won't be in Excel, however I'm building the footprint in Excel as the database will be available in multiple formats down the line to match the OS and client desires (even looking at a few Linux versions to be available) but the Excel core data can import to nearly anything

and I try to make it as transparent as possible, any stats starting with ML will always be Moneyline or AKA Straight Up (only having a W/L) but ATS is posted WIN-LOSS-PUSH and O/U (totals) are posted OVER-UNDER-PUSH
all lines are from 5dimes as I find them the most consistent to track, but knowing many people shop lines, thats why I post ranges as well (EG Player A is X-X-X ATS when line is -1.5 thru -3 but X-X-X ATS when line exactly -2)
