I don't view Nadal as an obstacle. In any event, that's realistically the only one he has to overcome before the final.

I actually put a pinch on Kei to win the tourney at the last minute, but to be honest, I just don't see anything getting in Novak's way now. Even if he had played and beaten Rafa, we know how much work that requires, which might have left him vulnerable in the final-- similar to how last year Stan benefited from some fortuitous scheduling/rest.

At this point I'm just letting my Novak futures ride. Andy has shown me nothing. Kei is Kei. If Novak can't win the FO with this path utterly cleared for him, he never will. I think he will.
