Ferrer hasn't been playing extremely well at all. He was good against Rosol but far from "extremely" good. Also, the odds are entirely irrelevant as to whether he has a shot or not. He has the same shot regardless of the odds. Are you meaning to ask whether I think he has a better shot than 1/3??
