Yeah Betfair is great for liquidity and trading (which admittedly, I should be doing more often than I am because there just seems to be value on whoever is playing from behind at any given time, mostly due to that player's tendency to overperform (anti-choke, one might call it), and the leading opponent's tendency to underperform (choke).

Does anyone know if Kovalik was up a break in the third at some point?

Thanks! I wasn't able to catch the match, unfortunately. Kovalik has consistency issues but can play some great tennis, and Scheep-Scheep did not look sharp at all last week. His "brand" should make him a decent fade at one point or another this week.

5.1 is the raw price you got at BF for rat-face, 2-1

the commission i imagine is 6.5%, making the actual net payout per $1 = (93.5% of 4.1) = 3.8335

meaning the effective euro-format price (ie. gross payout per $1) is 4.8335

that's probably a pain in the arse for you...unless you're already in the habit of "excelling" your plays as you place them (then a formula can auto-convert for you)...otherwise, it's good enough that thread-followers know why your odds seem so wonderful

your commission rate IS 6.5% right?...i've heard it varies by country, but that's their basic (larcenous--it used to be 5% which still allowed them to make money in buckets and all their competitors generally charge less than 3%) rate...

Was on Gajdosova as well. It was pretty frustrating to watch that third set. Break point 0/14, if I am not mistaken, in that set alone.
