Goffin bet Thiem on 4 different surfaces last year all by similar handicaps. He also went on a mad run winning like 30 matches in a row last year. I think that's as consistent as you can get in tennis.

Going by those 4 H2H matches, +3.5 handicap doesn't look good even when Thiem has taken a set in the past. Would think Thiem would need to win to cover such a handicap.
