    Thiem vs Sousa
Some line movement on Pinnacle in last 1 hour makes me question my +1.5 @1.93

There's still a lot of hype surrounding Thiem, Kenz.

I'm sure that's all it is.

I believe this will be quite the ideal match-up for Sousa, which is why I'm on him for a decent amount.

      Good luck to us.

Hopefully JC. Same happened in Almagro vs Cuevas but ended all well

These line movements can be cause by all sorts of things. As JC said, it might be the hype surrounding Thiem. My best guess would be that one of the services with decent number of followers suggested a play on Thiem. Btw, I also think Sousa is the correct call here. Good luck.

Does anyone have a good theory or method for predicting line movement, or simply deciding when to place your bet? Obviously you can just place it when you deem the value to be acceptable, but unlike other sports I have a really hard time getting a handle on which way a line will move. This Sousa movement is really frustrating.

About the only theory or strategy I use is unlike in other sports, tennis line movement almost always has some bounceback...if there's a moderate to sharp movement, you can expect it to be retraced at least partway at some point. Usually. But there are occasional times where it just unpredictably steams, as appears to be the case here. No bounceback toward Sousa at all.

Bah! One of those matches fellas. Sousa squandering so many chances.

                *edit.

                3/4 vs. 2/10 on bps.

                    Tank job in the end?

That's 7 points in a row lost on serve for Sousa as I type this.

Well I liked this one when I first saw the draw, however not to be.

Been a little off these past 4 or 5 days and was hoping I'd get this one right for some much needed confidence.
