Rankings don't mean anything when he hardly played last year.

All his wins are versing players in the top 200 so it's meaningless looking at rankings in these situations.

Current rankings mean little, when form or injury isn't a factor. If you want to look at rankings at all, look at their best ranking. Sandgrens best was 183 and Bolts 188.

Sandgren's started as the favourite on most books and moved like 10-15cents. That's barely anything to even worry about.

Barton on the other hand has dropped $1 against Klein which is significant.

He opened as $1.85 favourite on Pinnicle. Most other books opened with him as a even bigger favourite. Sangren's did become the dog very briefly but the line had him as the favourite 90% of the time.

Odds fluctuate like that all the time. Line movement last hour before a match tends to usually be the most important in determining the outcome most of the time, in my opinion.

You indeed did get the best odds.

I explained the ranking part in an earlier post.

Sandgren's has beaten better opponents than Bolt in the past (2013) but only reason why he isn't a bigger favourite is because that is the past.

Don't think just looking at past 7 games mean much. Bolt lost to Jasika recently but Sandgren's won against Jasika. What does that tell you? Not much, as it's just one game, same as just looking at the last 7 games.

I'm not playing anything but I know Bolt could easily take Sandgren's if he wanted to and plays the right way. All he needs to do is limited Sandgren's time and look to come to the net whenever he can. If he starts looking to rally from the baseline, Sandgren's will win.

Bolt takes the 1st. Barely won a point against serve though as he isn't coming to the net and just rallying too much. Finally came to the net on set point against serve and won the set.

Bolt is a good server but Sangren's is an average returner so making it look better. Matsui served and volleyed Sangren's to death the other day.

Sandgren's also failed to read the scouting report. Bolt has no backhand to speak of yet he keeps hitting to his forehand.
