Loss When Betting Injured Players ML???

Is there any books out there that Cancel a ML Bet when the person you bet on retired?

BetOnline told me its normal to only cancel Spreads and totals... Seems crazy to have to put -1500 on a top seed, to have him both win and defy any possible injury.

There are some. You just have to read the rules and understand them ahead of time. Retirements can happen anywhere.
