Rio was overcity and buenos Aires was under City for the main table. I don't except a return like these tourneys but I will be happy if this will yield positive

Fratangelo better pick up his 2nd serve or I can't see him winning. 3/16 on 2nd service points. He's getting enough 1st serves so far to keep him in front, but how long will that last?
