It was Berdych who dominated the last match in Beijing. I think Lopez would have a better shot if the court was faster where he could just match with his serve potentially. Being a shade slower through, I think it favors Berdych. Should be better than their last match though, but Berdych has traditionally been a beast indoors while The Flodonis is right around .500.

Over depends on how Lopez will serve IMO. he was not bad vs Querrey. You'll never know with those two inconsistent players, birdshit even dropped a set vs Mannarino. go small stake on over 23.5 or no play
