i will be on the + game spread of both. will likely have a small play on robredo ML simply because of the home factor. and I really think Goffin has a shot to take down fed tomorrow or at least take him the distance although I'll probably be sleeping for that match

If I had to bet on one of them, I'd go Robredo.

Can't see Goffin beating Federer with the entirety of the stadium essentially rooting for Fed. I'm rolling with a Serena/ Feder -game to build up a buffer for NFL tomorrow

goff is good enough to cover the spread. I think goff +4 is good money. All of the sudden I'm iffy about Robredo. After seeing the line drop in his favor my gut makes me think Murray handles him. who knows. Robredo has won four on the trot in straight sets. Murray dropped a set to Anderson. Robredo the home crowd favourite. Murray 4-3 h2h is close. Robredo had match points in their previous meeting in Shenzen this year.

Sure, Goffin has been on a tear but he did not exactly play a lot of quality players during that period. I had a misfortune to watch him choke in the 2nd set vs Coric: he appeared to be running of out gas. Coric essenetially choked in the 3rd set, plus Goffin cut down on his UEs in the 3rd set, but all in all Goffin did not look that great.

Basel is certainly home-court for Fed, but this is not France where supporters are really pressing you, it will be calm atmosphere, where fans will support both of them. And Goffin has been impassobile to solve for anyone lately.
