BET365.com.au dont offer online live bet and
5Dimes has weird withdrawal methods
I normally get my withdrawal into my bank account.

Betfair is the best in my view, though they offer only ATP and Challenger, not at ITF level, I use paddypower, advantage with Betfair is they offer cashout on both Set and matches which is pretty good to use in live betting

Marathonbet for sure if you dont bet grands at your daily routine. Also intertops and betinternet are worth a look but marathonbet is the way to go with low juice and stuff

If you try to make a bet for the "in-play" games, it will say "Phone Only Market"
So yeah, I have to call them to make a live bet :S
