This is a tricky one in the sense that both were ridicu-sick in their last matches, while both were also helped by underwhelming play from opponents last matches. Kvitova was complete, utter whoreshit vs Radwanska but absolutely outstanding against Sharapova. If Kvitova does play to the same level this match she is very likely to win (regardless of how well Wozniacki is playing really, due to their respective games), but can we trust her to!? This is the dumb-bitch-double-fault dance after all...

The odds are tempting, nonetheless.

You're over thinking it, what does Wozniacki have to play for? She's already through to the semis, and Kvitova has to win to have a chance to advance

I disagree. That fact alone does not make a good bet. She doesn't need to do shit to advance, but that doesn't by any means mean that she won't do shit.

Also, I'm surprised you aren't playing this angle where it makes a lot more sense: If Halep just loses in straight sets Williams is out. In other words, she has actual incentive to lose – much unlike Wozniacki.

Im already on Ivanovic as well, I was just posting this one because I think it's a winner also. Wozniacki is already through to the semis, Kvitova is going to give it her all, what is the point of Wozniacki straining herself to win in a pointless match?

I think you must be bored in the wee hours of the morning. Kvitova has everything to lose here,and your argument is that Wozniacki has pride, pleasure and some money on the line, not even mentioning the fact she's already through to the next round.

you're looking at the spread most likely. ivanovic to win in straight sets is +150ish or more everywhere.
