I normally dont get a lot of time to watch a lot of tennis. Not on tv or busy with work but have noticed a lot of players have two water bottles. One looks like just water and then another always is cloudy like its a mix of something. Anyone know what it is and why they drink it? I assume its a recovery drink/energy/high in electrolytes.
