He was cramping against Haase in similar, humid conditions. He appeared to be in some sort of discomfort, if not cramping it's some other type of pain..

It's Murray, you have no idea whether anything he does is real ... or part of his game plan. Guy plays possum so often. No point to even considering Tsonga IMO until he wins a set. He was up a break in the 2nd and Murray came back and won the set.
