hewitt +2.5 worth a shot?

berdy looking abit off his game losing to V.Pospisil, Y.Lu and F.Lopez.
hewitt has some old legs but he could come out early, and hes always in it for the long matches.

any tips?

Hewitt +2.5 is def not the worst bet around, Berdy been looking shocking lately. He will be very keen to get himself back on track but he has got a horrible draw to do it in the form of Hewitt 1st round. Hewitt is a grinder, and if you are off your game, that is the worst type of player to play against because they make you play so many more shots and dont give away too many free points. Like you say, he has recently lost to Lu (similar type of player to Hewitt) and Hewitt will be pumped up as always, and especially as he cant have too many years left in him. I still think Berdy will win, but Hewitt wont stop fighting till the end. GL

people in the us love hewitt. he will certainly have the crowd behind him. I think he could definitely win a set o even the match if berd doesnt come out sharp

I think Hewitt to win at least a set has a ton of value.

Berd's current form is up and down during games and even if he was playing like he was at the start of the season, still think Hewitt would take a set.

its an avoid for me. Hewitt or no play considering the odds, but won't back him
vs Berdych. Hewitt is a dinosaur. It will be very hot today. Even though Berdych hasn't
been up to snuff lately, there's nothing like a 3-5 set match with Hewitt to perhaps
find his game.

yeah i agree it might take hewitt to find his game, the heat im not too worried about hes use to it back in aus. last time i watched him was against raonic and he was pre solid from the start.
