#1506No sir, I honestly felt Zhang would play a shit as match joint from the US open Qualies to a small challenger in China. Millman needed it more as well. The odds too me looked a bit off. Good luck tomorrow.Comment -

#15093rd September US Open:
- Granollers/Lopez Doubles ML 2.50 Risk 100$ to win 150$
- Azarenka ML 1.80 Risk 175$ to win 140$
- Wawrinka 1st set ML 1.71 Risk 150$ to win 107$
Both Doubles teams have played very well, but I think Granollers/Lopez are a bargin at this price. When Marc Lopez can actually serve well, they are hard to beat
Azarenka has played very well, and she is getting close to her old form. Makarova has played well too, but she never should have beat Bouchard. Bouchard blew multiple break points, she complained about the heat, and she was ultimately useless in the big points. The books also opened Aza @1.40 and the public has pounded Makarova from 3.00 all the way to 2.10 is...
Stanimal to take set 1. I expect a Nishikori to be stiff after a long match with Raonic. Not even his regular amount of rest. The lactic acid build up should hamper Nishi big time. Im also willing to bet he concedes the match after set 1. I would put more but Wawa is also hard to back at high stakes.

#1510he got the job done but he was lucky to get out of there with the win. He is clearly the more talanted player but i was afraid he would come out flat and he did but he recovered and got the win. good workOriginally posted by matt1216He played a kid that was on fire.. #1511@Matt
I like your point of view @@ Azarenka & Stan matches ... but why many people placed huge bets on Makarova that her line dropped from 3.10 to 2.15 ???? Have you watched Azarenka last match which she won hardly 2-1 ??? no play for me here but I think something is strange here , I Wish AZARENKA wins for you

#1512The books had Makarova @3.00 to open, which is pretty damn good. If I wasn't thinking, and I impulse wagered, I would throw money on that. Azarenka is fine. Like I said Bouchard should have won. She missed so many easy chances.Originally posted by PremierUA1995@Matt

#1514agree on Azarenka. I think you're also better off taking Stan for 1st set than match.
the narrative that Nishikori is worn down from the long match could prove to be an
incorrect assumption, however. So he is done 2:30am, goes to bed at 4 or even 5,
sleeps, hangs around, sleeps again. Don't see it as a factor for a 3pm start.
Stan was beat up physically in the Robredo match. Remember his knee. If Nish can outlast Raonic he can outlast Stan. He's thinner, less affected by heat and more even keel player. He will lurch and frustrate the opponent. Another hot day.
I have Nish to win a set but see myself adding him to win or with pts before matchtime.Comment -

#1515I think Matt's actual point is just what you said – it doesn't make sense for Zhang to be a slight favorite under the circumstances. Matt thought the line is "weird" and is telling the tale.Originally posted by SirtySreeNo hate. When I said typo, I didn't mean typo as in a losing play or what you're thinking. Was just confused by the explanation as it made it look like you were backing Zhang so was thinking you may have posted it the wrong way round.Comment -

#1523Matt I like Berdych but why do you think he is only -140 right now? looks like a trap
I mean he should be at least -200, more experience at this level, best hu record, Cilic coming from a 5 set match...
Cilic beat him in 3 at Wimbly but different surface and it was earlier stageComment -

#1526Hi Matt, thought you were abandoning those 2 legged chalky traps going forward?! Easy to say now but I reckon you're (your) better off taking the straight 3-1sets @ 3.50 for novak yesterday or roger today & not have to worry about combining with a dmoney fave. Your (you're) >3.5sets & +2.5sets lines imply that you think the result will be 1-3 sets anyway. GL going forward.Comment -

#1529Thanks for the reply Matt - personally I think there's much more than a 28.5% chance of fed winning 3-1 ie good value, compared to the 52% relative chance your monfils/woz parlay represents ie less value. Your cash tho ;-)Comment -

what did u see in friedsam over cepelova who had three recent straight-set same-surface wins over her...

#1537Fitguy, I do very well on odds from 2.00-2.50... I'm hot garbage on anything over 3.50ish and anything under 1.50ishh. First off, I look at the opening odds on Friedman. 2.2ish I believe. That right there gets me scratching my head. You know the public will pound Cepelova at the decent short odds of 1.60ish on a 3-0 head to head record. Seems obvious right? Next, I comes the did I see either player play recently? Yes, I saw cepelova struggle on her serve. I felt with the odds the books were lining people up for an epic burial. After all, the group WE are up against are brilliant.Originally posted by fitguy67matt, here's a pleasant "why did u bet on _________" after the event question
