Pretty much all books have in their terms and conditions that they have the right to cancel any bets under pretty much any circumstance.
Some of the smaller books let you get away with it if it is a smallish bet cause they dont want to risk losing you but all relatively large books just cancel.Comment -

Just reporting that my 5Dimes account is shut down permanently after my 1st bet I have created the account for this pick, bet was cancelled and my account frozen until today when I finally chatted with the manager. Here is the copy of the chat:

I'd say how was I supposed to know its bad..I log on every day per usual and try to play the lines that I think have the best value.
They should even give you a free piece of merchandise for helping them locate the bad line.

I agree that it seems ridiculous but if you think about it, they were actually completely right in this case. You were not a 5D member, found a line that was off, created an account to take advantage of a bad line and bet it.
If I bet that line they'd never take a second look at it, but a new customer only betting that will raise red flags. Shitty situation but that's how off shore betting goes. Sorry K.Comment -
Well as soon I couldn't login into Sportsbook I knew what was going on. When I spoke with customer service and they've told me that I will have to wait to speak with a manager I pretty much gave up. I was only hoping it has something to do with the documents but that was a longshot. I'm also not interested in a bookie that just cancel bets and has this safety in their T&C. If they made a mistake they should take responsibility.
In the long run I see no future for me at 5Dimes so I couldn't care less. Will check Bovada though, don't have it in my portfolio yet
I agree with your first paragraph. I never had 5D account because I can't bet in my currency and odds are usually better at other books. However this line made me create an account because it was way off. I didn't know that bets get cancelled so freely here, I haven't experienced that anywhere else.
I don't agree with your second statement. I think in this situation they would cancel your bet too, no matter how long you had an account with them
