We both know rankings mean shit sometimes....the trend is a big factor in tennis and Fognini has been on a huge downward trend, literally pissing matches away. hence the reason this thread was made PREMATCH in the first place. Not sure if your looking at the score or anything but this so called number 15 player in the world you speak of won 3 games in the first two sets.

You may be right about the injury, as I am not watching the match I can't provide any input on that one. As for MTs, I've seen struggling player take them all the time in hopes to have a little break and try to turn things around.
