Feds has a run in him - if he can make it to the Semis I can start hedging and make some real bunce
Here's a picture of Mirka in the Swiss Alps BTW.

Good luck with your bet man. I think it has value. But you are too harsh on his wife. You go have 4 kids and see what your body type looks like

That's seriously a Swiss cow named "Mirka". Any allusion to Fed's wife is purely coincidental.

Troicki ex girlfriend
Roddick's wife
Berdych's bird
Verdasco's gf
Roger's
Good luck with your play by the way.
But if Federer does qualify for the final and faces Nadal, there won't be much profit to make by hedging.

Feds to make a final, . Seriously though, to each his own. He got four kids out of his wife, maybe that was his Swiss dream.

you know what, if he reach the semi, i think Djokovic is the best opponent for him, for some reason he still has a good record against him.

Yeah, Feds has no chance against Nadal and maybe he has a chance against Djoker, but I still do not see him making to the Final, I'd be very surprised to see him in the semis.

Yeah, actually Feds has the best quarter. Only Berdman and Gulbis have a decent chance to test him. But I think Feds should be able to pull through: Gulbis is too unstable while Berdman is very reliable, that is he is reliably losing big matches. Hmm. I am starting to like Feds@+115 to reach the semis.

The crowd will be solidly pro-Feds all the way to the potential finals. I think that will bother dudes like Gulbis and even Djoker. I think Djoker lately is lacking that f.u. factor; he wants to be loved too much. We'll see.

Looking at the draw again, it seems that both Swiss favs got a very favorable path to the semis. Both Nadalski and Djoker have trickier dogs to deal with. Wawa should be able to beat Murray on clay, but given their injury issues this does not seem to be so clear. I think Murray@+305 to reach the semis is another interesting option.

Maybe OP made a sharp bet, but the odds you got seem to be pretty sh.tty. I am still seeing Feds@+2200 at e.g. 5d.

With $350 you could make a lot wiser things(at least IMO) than backing Federer
I would just spend it for my delight

Then how could it possibly be a sharp bet? It's a shitty bet, if anything.

wow Berdych wins. That picture makes me look at him in a whole new light. Dude is like Marat Safin or something when I thought he was a huge tennis-only dork.

Dude I'm not going to open another account at some random book that happens to have 10% better odds on a measly $350 play. Out of the 3 books I play at (2 online, 1 local), my local shop had the best odds.
Everybody laughing at Feds getting to the Semis or Finals (or even winning it btw) - he's playing really well PLUS I think he doesn't feel so much pressure these days. He's more or less accepted that he's never going to be #1 again, so he has more of a sniper's mentality. He looks happier and his game is more well-rounded. I think that coupled with the crowd could help him immensely. Obviously nobody would predict him to beat Djoker or Nadal, but he'd have a puncher's chance against either if he plays well.

Leggo Feds! On to face Gulbis.
Latvian wild child Ernests Gulbis booked a French Open fourth round spot on Friday and a possible date with Roger Federer, the man he blasted as "boring" at Roland Garros last year.

I'm a huge Federer fan but how can you say he would have a chance against Nadal
Even when he ultra dominated the circuit, Fed never found a way to beat Nadal in RG. One stat speaks itself, Federer won just 2 times against Nadal in Grand Chelem (both in Wimbledon 2006 and 2007)
He basically was owned by Nadal during all its career (except on grass & indoor). Last AO, Fed was playing well but still get destroyed by a Nadal not on top form.
I'm pretty sure Nadal would beat Federer in RG even at 70% of its best... it hurts me to say that but I just cannot see Fed beats Nadal in a GC (even in Wimbly).

Federer looked crap today
Gulbis might give him some serious troubles
at the beginning of the tournament i Thought "Federer can beat Djokovic in the semi" but after seeing the Schwartzman and the Tursunov matches ...very unlikely, even Gulbis will be tough to beat
