Few thoughts why I backed this play, tail on your own risk.
Vesely is a rising star on clay, he been killing it in challengers events last few years. He has the better all around game than Dr. Ivo and should win majority of the long rallies. Dr. Ivo just have a big serve, his return game is shit.

Gulbis owns Montanes with a 4-1 H2H, winning 4 straight with the most win in Barcelona this year in straight sets. Gullies will overpower him again.

Vesely outplayed him the whole match but his nuts shrunk during the important points....he had 9 break points and set points in the tiebreaker on his serve but couldn't convert

This whole dusseldorf tournament seems rigged to me. Another conspiracy theorist lol ya but just look at the shady results there this week. No complaints from me though.. just saying.
