this is the best 500 tournament so motivation shouldnt be questioned here.
pretty much comes down to berdych or del potro in my mind and while berdych would seem like the better choice im gonna roll with del po.
I know he won't be a trendy pick coming off his loss to gulbis, but there's no shame in losing to gulbis right now.
He was off last week so I think he will be rested and very eager to start winning and break back into the top 4 before the slams. Hes been in the semi's the only 2 times hes been here losing to the eventual champions. DelPo has a nice draw..will get devvarman, then most likely sijsling, kohlschrieber....then probably berdych(maybe tsonga)
I think he will definitely be in the semi's and if it's against anyone other than berdych it should be an easy win...Berdych would be tough but delpo leads the h2h 4-3 and i think he would be fresher with his draw.
