Both guys are real headaches.
7 of 11 Fognini's matches went over 22.5 since the clay season started.(not counting davis cup)
5 of 5 Dolgo's matches went over 22.5 on clar this year

This matchup promises breaks, ups and downs, winners and unforced errors.Lots of.
I can easily see this going to a 3rd set but over 22.5 looks even better.

Any thoughts on this?

Don't bet against the Fog on clay although it was a consideration. The spread for Dog might be a good play.
