I haven't watched them either and I was going to use live betting. Right now I would say Ivo +2.5. Its hard to break him and even 7-6 7-6 would win the bet. I'm not that confident in the over, because all it takes is one bad game from Nishikori and its a loss. Ivo has broken in every single match this tournament and only over was the 3 settter with sock.
