Istomin should win straight sets off recent results/history

Ihan total win to loss ratio is more impressive than Istomin's and the last time they played he took a set and went toe to toe (6-4) on the deciding set. At +400, Ihan might be worth a play.

Ilhan plays against weaker players while Istomin plays much stronger opponents so the win/loss ratio shouldnt have any bearing.

Last played was 4 years ago when Istomin wasnt as good plus Istomin is in good form so past games should only be a minor factor.

I got istomin 2-0 but to be honest, anything could happen as this isnt a major tournament so bizzare stuff always happens. Ilhan has nice value but I just dont see Istomin playing lightly as thats not the type of player he is usually although he has lost against some weak opponents before.
