So in my sportsbook I had 4 ML plays in a parlay and 3 won with the last 1 (Fognini) winning but the opponent retired. My sportsbook says all retires are pushes, which is fine with me and I would take the lower payout. But it gave me the full payout that it would have been if Fognini had won straight up without the retire. Is this an error? Or in parlays it doesn't matter? This seems like a little bit of an edge for the bettor, unless I'm looking at it wrong.
