Not normally one to do this, but smaller picture, characterless people are IMO deserved of being exposed.

Martin Fischer to beat Belluci @3.00 (5 units)

Crazy odds, Belluci is living off his claycourt credentials here and whilst the aussie open courts are reacting devastingly to spin and as are the courts, fischer is quite simply more than a match for the Brazilian on hardcourts. He is a MUCH better player in tight games and tight moments and I suspect this will be an incredibly close encounter for which I fancy Martin to show his experience and come through.

Shows me you don't follow the full spectrum of the ATP. Belluci is not a top 20 player he has the weapons of arsenal to be a top 20 player, but in the head he isn't.

I am going against the aftershave brand. Fischer is a solid, solid season professional and has decent weight behind all his shots with good pound from the baseline, his shot selection is savy and he knows how to play headcases like Belluci.

Belluci is never consistent, he may produce good performances here and good performances there but overall he isn't a player I feel deserves the respect you're giving him simply because he can on the odd occasion blow away a good player when he's hot. There's no indication he is here either. Overlook both player's weapons and look more at the matchup, Belluci is the sort of player tailored for Fischer to outwit and outbattle in points. Belluci will spray toomany errors on big points.

I love these kinda spots because you get these overhyped player's whom once upon a time beat Ferrer on clay and took a set off of Djokovic, but really they only did so because they wernt expected to do anything. He is expected to beat Fischer and Fischer is a thinking player.

Brain over brawn. Toomany errors essentially at the end of the day.

I would be scared to tip against Dimitrov in here without an onslaught from you. lol

Thoughts? Particularly on this bloke's response because he was a point away from humilation.

Odds for match, Belluci @1.4 and Fischer @3.00
