I'm sure it hurts... And it's effecting his game, but he will beat Rodger. Nadal will focus on Feds backhand and submit him to unforced errors. I'm sure Nadal will take a heavy dosage of pain killers to cope with it. I may take the over here as I think Fed can take a set atleast
