It wasn't great. He almost lost to Anderson, who's literally been in LaLa land the past couple months. I think we're seeing wawrinka at average ability right now. Milos is a horse, if he's a bit tired he can rely on that serve a bit still

Becareful with berdy. Almagro played lights out vs Delpotro in japan. Best hardcourt I've seen from almagro.

I like Raonic here, he's demonstrated to me that he can play under pressure recently. He's coming off some great wins (i.e. Japan), and his serve has continued to be the best I've seen from him this year. We're getting good value on him @ -125 in my opinion, Wawrinka came back to defeat him in sets after losing his first but that was over 2 years ago, and Raonic is a much improved player. It just depends on his serve... I wish I could live bet this game, but 5dimes doesn't offer that option.

Federer should be motivated. He had a mental timeout after US open

For me it's tie break first set, it's hard court and they serve pretty well plus you can get 2.5+ odds.

                        Cheers.

I wouldn't play a fatigue angle. Raonic hasn't played that much more than wawrinka and its mainly been cos he wins and wawrinka's been losing

Great? Nearly got beat by Anderson who has been out of form the entire year just about. He beat Raonic who had pretty much played two weeks straight with travel. All he had to do today was serve well and stick around and look for that one moment. Shit won't fly against Nadal.

Not gonna be surprised if his "thigh strain" shows up tomorrow.

Ya, I also just see wawrinka in average form. I still think losing that match to Djoker at the US open is bothering him. I'm not sure he believes he can beat Nadal. This will be a beat down from Nadal if there's any doubt in Wawrinkas mind.

Del Potro and him played at the Rakuten Open finals..it was a very close 3rd set - and second. Del Potro was in top shape I presume then and he has a fever these past few days after rakuten so if he isnt in tip top shape than Almagro may very well beat him, as Almagro has been playing top ball while Potro just got skipped up the ladder without much struggle (Haas withdrew). Good luck
