Source? I can believe it, he probably partied too hard after winning Rakuten Japan, but hopefully not as I have a pick on him tonight to win

Argentina's Juan Martin del Potro overcame a morning rush and German Philipp Kohlschreiber 3-6, 6-3, 7-6 (4) in a difficult debut in Shanghai Masters 1000, and move on to the second round, which also is classified Carlos Berlocq to fellow American John Isner liquidate, 14 favorite.
"Delpo" winning the tournament in Tokyo Sunday, dawned "with a high fever due to congestion," said the Argentinean coach Franco Davin.
However decided to appear before Kohlschreiber, and was treated briefly in the court but, after winning his match, decided erased double box with Carlos Berlocq.
Faced with this adversity, the winner of Tokyo had to work hard to beat the German, a finalist this year in Auckland, Munich and Stuttgart, in two hours and five minutes. The Argentine has been going with this six wins against Kohlschreiber, but this time he put his opponent complicated in part by the 22 aces and 50 who managed to hit winners.
Now, the "Tower of Tandil" will face another German, the winner of the match between Daniel Brands and Tommy Haas.
In another match of the day, the Argentinean Carlos Berlocq sprung a surprise by beating American John Isner, 14 favorite, 6-4, 7-6 (4) in one hour and 22 minutes. Berlocq is on the bottom of the table and now awaits the winner of today's match between Rafael Nadal Spanish, and Ukrainian Alexandr Dolgopolov.
"I played one of the best matches in my career," said Berlocq.
"I feel very happy about it, and now if I have to play against Nadal will be a game to enjoy with a great number one, not only as a player but also as a person, who I admire and who is an example to all, not just for what he does on the track and what he has achieved, but because of his personal relationship with the whole world. Not a rumor. Google his name and just about any match report from his match cites him specifically saying he had a fever and relied a lot on his serve against Kohlschreiber because his fitness running-wise was effected.

Absolute no touch for me against Haas. I think a lot of people are going to jump on Haas because of this angle. Truth is there is no telling how DP is going to come out today. 24 hours later, he could be 100% better. Could be the same. Could be worse. Better match to bet live than pre-match IMO.

This match is huge for Raonic. It's a chance for him to gain points over wawrinka. Wawrinka hasnt played great of late. Raonic has played a lot of tennis lately. He may start getting tired soon. I think the line is right, may be a sloppy match

you don't think his fitness will play a factor, weariness because the amount of matches he has played last week, 3 sets battle last night

His week in Tokyo wasn't all that taxing, even the Final. He didn't have to engage anyone in a lot of rallies. I think he utilized the same sort of protocol yesterday. That's not his game anyway. I just think it's tough to gauge a play in this situation. I don't know that Haas can play much better than Kohlschreiber did and Kohlschreiber still lost at the end of the day. My own opinion is you live bet it or pass.

I am going to post the same question response in two different threads, so more people might see it:

I'm interested in putting a unit on Nishkori, but do any of you seriously predict him overcoming Tsonga? Tsonga is still in the Hunt for Barclays, and as far as I know Tsonga's serve should be able to come through, I don't see Nishikori breaking Tsonga, and I don't believe that in a tiebreaker situation Nishikori could realistically beat Tsonga.

MY desire: Put my unit on Nishikori.

My frontal lobe: Tsonga somewhere around 7-5, 6-4.

the dolgopolov 3 setter was long. A lot of 40-40 games. I think he's either tired or a little sick

Nishikori leads ads the series 3-0. His ability to be able to hold serve hasnt been great. I don't think he will break Tsonga. I'm not even sure how the heck he's 0-3 vs nishikori. Oh well, I think Tsonga gets his first win. The line looks set up for people to pound nishikori.

What's Delpo's track record for retiring injured? Thinking tht maybe I pound delpo ml and if his flu really is that bad and affecting his game then i have an out with him retiring.
