I do not think anything is possible - your system with Bet365 is probably your best option. That would be ideal for most tennis capppers, but I don't think there is a real market for it. Realistically, I don't think anything will be available either. Sorry. Its just one of those things you need to watch the matches and keep an eye out for injury breaks. Doesn't warrant points, but its the truth.

flashscore.com is cool. you can have it make a sound whenever a game is won in tennis and when the match is over. Not sure about injuries

I don't think you can find something better than Bet365 ... maybe send them an email and tell them to add a sound to injury breaks
