My reasoning behind the pick is that Isner was just rusty vs ** D. He needed that 1 match. Bautista-agut has played decent of late. The books gave closer odds I believe because he beat Dimitrov. Dimitrov could easily win that match but he didn't show up at all. I feel the line should have been -400 isner.
Too oo add I've also had some tough beats. Tsonga losing to dodig???? Shouldn't happen.
