this guy is mostly a challengers player correct?

does not have the talent level to compete with Berdych?

indoor court. power hitter like Berdych. gorilla ball should be in full effect.

hard to imagine him to having any trouble with his service games unless hes hitting a ton of errors. but I'm not the expert here.

as why I am asking you fellas..

Had I seen this in time, my reply would have been:

      Yes. Absolutely.

Looks like it was tight by the way.

Having watched it didn't feel tight despite Lu hitting some incredible shots at times. Even when Lu broke he wasn't able to hold his own serve--he had some real terrible serves with erratic tosses, at times he'd be serving and completely off balance. Lu just isn't consistent enough. Tomas at points was just in cruise control.

          It wasn't tight?

Berdych won 50 points in the first set..Lu won 49. Not close at all I guess?

Richard, just my opinion from watching, Lu wasn't threatening enough, and at crucial times his serve became suspect. Lu was competitive, but especially in the second set you can't say he made it a tight match overall. He couldn't capitalize on break chances, and looked lost at times. Even in the first set, after Tomas broke back, it didn't seem like Lu would pull it out.
