    fading hot players
i have been following the line for capdeville vs gimeno for the last couple days, line started at around -130 on capdeville, at that time i thought if stays around there i might consider putting some on him. this morning the line went over -220. which i think is crazy!

that brings the question do people make a bigger deal about capdeville beating shwank, because if you look at the last 6 months results gimeno is better in every statistical category, higher ranked player and beat respectable clay court player in martin.

so in this thread i will try to identify such cases and mock bet against them.

#1 gimeno traver +200 vs capdeville

I think Schwank played like crap from what I read. I liked Capdeville simply because of the head-2-head and playing in his home country.

and i understand that, but do you like him at anything more than -150?

I took him in the Bragging Rights Contest at -178, but for a single play with real money, I don't usually wager anything over -170 or so. At -150, I'd be alright with it. That -220 price - no friggin way would I go there.

i am with you bro, if we start playing those crazy lines, we might as well change our names to Crazy Lou who is Arguably the worst tennis capper that still caps tennis.

Lou ain't so bad. He just needs to keep his God complex in check when he gets on a roll & just learn to say no to certain prices!

Capdeville won in straights. I think the thing to note in some of these matches too is the potential for late injury news/"fixes" .... when the line moves a ton. Track how many times the guy who has his line pounded wins and loses.
