Why is Tipsarevic only -140?

Because he just helped serbia beat Canada in the Davis cup. He was pretty much the hero even tho Djoker went 2-0. Tipsy played a 5 setter then 2 days later played 3 close sets with Pospisil. Hes returning to his hard surface plus his confidence seems to be coming back. Id say hes -140 because he could be mentally tired. He had lost a 5 setter to milos in Davis cup. If he didnt beat Pospisil he would have let his country down. Stress level was probably through the roof for him. If he has points to defend here i would take him, but if he dosnt this may be a quick loss with needed time offComment -
