#1, crowd's late at night just want to see a competitive match - so they want more tennis. They don't get matches like this in the first couple days usually for the later matches. Usually it's Nadal or Federer or someone killing someone in straights. Of course this is Armstrong, but still a late match. #2, he's a showman. He's easy to root for in person for sure.
