They have lights there, so it's a matter of how many matches they want to get in today. I reckon they'll have an opening to play at some point later in the day ... or night.

With this event being so close to the US Open, I'd imagine their top priority is somehow getting as many matches in today as they can. They also have the option to move matches indoors, as they did during qualies, if the weather continues to delay the event.
