Hi all, decided to try my hand at tennis betting and thought I would post all my picks in a thread to make it organized for myself. First time doing this kind of thing, so it might just end up being a huge embarrassment if it doesn't go too well. I've been a casual tennis fan for a few years, but I've started to get more into it this summer. My best sport is the NHL so this will help kill time before hockey starts.

Each unit is going to be $5.00 (about 1% of my bankroll), I know that's quite small but it's what I have to work with right now with sports betting being just a relatively new hobby. I will keep track of my record in terms of units as opposed to $. Good luck everyone whether you decide to tail or fade, and I look forward to discussing tennis and learning from some of the veterans here.

thanks for the advice guys! it's tough to not play a line whenever I think I can see value but I can see why it would be a good idea to be a bit more selective. I thought a good way to beat the books is to play lots of games in order to capture every opportunity at a line with value, what do you guys think of that? That could just be an excuse for myself because I just enjoy getting in on lot of action lol.

Anyway the Robredo match just finished and all my bets are done for the day. Will post tomorrow's picks later on tonight.

good point and I agree with what you said. I'm still working on getting a better grasp of each outcome's chances, these things will improve over time.
