No. I was playing golf in Sacramento that day. Lots of water and rode a cart instead of walking. Would it be my favorite weather? Of course not and if it were like that every day it would not be that great. But to say you can't breathe is absurd. I've also spent a reasonable amount of time in Phoenix in the summer FWIW.
