    Federer is Still THE MAN
Great story that is circulating this week.

    PREVIEW
A story of Roger Federer’s compassion and kindness toward a teenage cancer survivor went viral this week, one month after Federer hosted the 17-year-old Make-A-Wish participant at Wimbledon. Beatriz Tinoco is a tennis player and tennis fan who survived a two-year battle with cancer. When given an opportunity to make her wish, she asked to meet her all-time favorite player at the most hallowed tournament in sports. What could have been a memorable meeting with a handshake, pictures and autograph instead turned into a weekend-long experience that saw Federer hit go above and beyond.

Yes. Back injury is legit and I think he's trying to get healthy for the US Open. Looks like both Rafa and Roger may end up at the Open with no prep.

Isn't Rafa playing at Rogers Cup? Did he pull out today?

He is apparently. I had read some conflicting reports yesterday confusing Montreal and Cincy. Thinking is he might just play Montreal as his lone prep and rest after that if he's happy with his status. No point in burning out in Cincy.
