20 point entry fee. Fee must be paid in full before the end of the final tournament in the Series. Anyone failing to pay their full fee is ineligible to win from the prize pool. Prize pool will be set-up and percentages stated based on the # of players entered. Prizes will be paid out upon completion of the Winston-Salem Open.

FORMAT
1. Pick the Winner of Each Tournament
Your pick of who will win the tournament must be made prior to the start of the 1st main draw match. Any pick submitted after the start of the 1st match will not count. I will try to post a link to the draw for each event when they come out. Picks must be submitted in this thread only. No PM entries.

2. For each tournament, you will pick one of the top eight seeds as one of your two designated player for the tournament. Your other designated player must be an UNSEEDED player.
You will receive points for their wins and be penalized for their losses. So, pick wisely!

3. For each tournament, you can pick up to TWO SEEDED players that you think will lose their 1st matches played at that tournament.
These are bonus points. You earn points for correct picks, but are not penalized for selecting no one or selecting incorrect picks.

4. For each tournament, you will be required to pick one line for each semifinal match and the Championship match. These lines will be game spreads and game totals ONLY. NO MONEYLINES.
Lines will be posted in this thread by me or a designated person if I am unavailable. The lines will come from pinnacle Sports and ONLY the lines posted in the thread will be used. Any subsequent line changes after the ones posted in the thread do not matter.

SCORING
1.Picking Tournament Winners
#1-#4 Seed Correct: 50 points
#5-#8 Seed Correct: 75 points
Unseeded Correct: 125 points

2.Seeded Designated Players
Match Win: 25 points
Match Loss: -15 points
Making Semifinals: 50 points
Making Finals: 75 points
Winning Title: 100 points

Unseeded Designated Players
Match Wins: 50 points
Match Loss: -15 points
Making Semifinals: 100 points
Making Finals: 150 points
Winning Title: 200 points

3. Picking Seeds to Be Upset
One Correct Pick: 50 points
Two Correct Picks: 125 points

Yeah, as posted - you have the duration of the tournament to pay up the 20 points - so it doesn't necessarily have to be every day right up front, but that might be easiest on the non-pros, then you know you're all good.

Oh OK so the designated seed can be the same as the tourney winner. Or having a designated seed different than the tournament winner is kind of like a "safety". Possum and ohdecas are you aware of this?

From what I gather from the Schedule of Play, you have until 3:00pm ET on Monday to get your entry in. That is the first main draw match. You can join the contest at any point during the Series, so if you miss the cutoff - you can enter for the next one. No telling how any of us will do, so you may not be behind many points at all or you may be in a hole

I am going to rework this part of the contest and make it just the Championship Match. Make sure you look for the posted lines for that match on Sundays. I will have them posted on Saturday Nights if at all possible if they are available at Pinnacle. Remember, you can only make your pick off the posted line IN THIS THREAD no matter where the lines move after I post it in here. You pick one line in the match, either a games spread or total games played.

Also for Washington, DC aka The Citi Open, please post your entry before 2pm ET on Monday, July 29th to be eligible.
