Hi, I'm new to betting tennis, I've been following it for a while since the soccer season is over. I was just wondering what your thoughts are on the Monaco Almagro game, I'm thinking Monaco +1.5 sets @ 1.57?

Almagro was 2/3 on Break points Monaco was 0/10 and I Lost dramatically
Monaco missed several set points.It was very painful to watch Almagro saving one Break points after another, some of them were gifts from Pico
I think yours is the best bet but be prepared for some stress

Almagro found some good form again in his last two beatdowns of Kamke and tough Garcia-Lopez on clay. I even like him on the reduced juice games line -2.5 games -115. Monaco looked decent but if Almagro shows up in that same form from the last two days, Monaco might get straighted.Comment -

ended up taking the Almagro ML as well after reading the posts, basically I'm still thinking it will be 2-1 Almagro but this seems the safer bet
so 1 unit on Almagro and Verdasco ML parlay
+ a small play on Almagro, Verdasco, Haas, Peya/Soares and Dukla Praha(soccer) to win 2 units

Honestly don't feel comfortable taking Almagro at that price. Not a troll that likes to go against the consensus, just not a big believer in him given his clay form (6 wins out of 10 matches). Granted, Monaco's record is boosted by the fact that his opponents are of lower calibre than Almagro's, still, don't like a possible nut-sweater on a 1.5 bet.Comment -
